Do you deliver worldwide?
Unfortunately, we currently only ship to the UK.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is £10 incl. VAT for any orders under £250. This order can be split across the whole range. Standard
Delivery is free when your order value is over £250.
Can my order be delivered to an address that is not my billing address?
Yes, we can deliver your order to an address that is not your billing address, please add this to the delivery address on the order.
When will my order arrive?
Goods are normally received within 4-5 working days from the
date of despatch. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 5 days for
your order to arrive.
What do I do if I have received a faulty or incorrect item in my order?
If your goods are damaged, faulty or you have received wrong or missing product please contact us within 3 working days of receipt of your order.
How do I become an Ultrasun Stockist?
To request a trade account with us please fill in our 'Request An Account' form and we will contact you to discuss opening an account
